LUMT permission error

I have problem, with manage contacts via LUMT on Lync 2013.

2014-02-03 13:26:26 INFO Processing user
2014-02-03 13:26:28 ERROR Error while processing user Not authorized to perform the requested operation, request is refused
2014-02-03 13:26:28 INFO Shutting down LUMT platform...
2014-02-03 13:26:28 INFO LUMT platform shut down.

Can you help me with this problem? Thanks

Do you have Exchange Server 2013 deployed as well? If so, UCS (Unified Contact Store) might be enabled for the user and in this case Exchange Server 2013 is managing user's Lync contact list.
LUMT can't modify the contact list in this case.
You can check if UCS is enabled for this user by logging with this user in Lync, then hold the Shift key and do a right-click on the Lync tray icon and select Configuration Information then look at "Contact list provider" to see if it is set to Lync Server or UCS.
